In 1964 Bill Prince founded a construction company after sailing all
over the world as a Merchant Marine and two years serving in the US
Army. Bill at age 76 is still involved in the company. William E.
Prince & David Prince currently run the daily operations of Prince
Ventures, LLC. William E. Prince is the acting CEO and David Prince
is the acting CFO.
Originally located in Cedartown Georgia, 70 miles northwest of Atlanta,
the operation was moved to downtown Atlanta in 1994 to participate
in the projects related to the 1996 Olympic games. In 2007 we relocated
our offices to Douglasville, Georgia.
Prince Ventures, LLC emphasis is on our clients and saving them as
